Amazing. Both Lisa and Cindy treat you like a friend. They pay attention to what you want not what they want you to want.

About Us

Lisa is the perfect combo of NYC street-smarts and laid-back California roots. She moved to NYC to attend the School of Visual Arts. After trying out a few neighborhoods, Brooklyn became home where she has lived, loved, and raised her family in Windsor Terrace. Lisa’s first career as a freelance photographer prepared her well for life in real estate. She brings a unique, artistic perspective to each deal. Lisa is an avid reader who belongs to two book clubs. She also enjoys spending time on the North Fork kayaking, hiking, and her favorite sport—visiting all the local wineries.

Cindy’s path to real estate was inevitable. A serial renovator and the granddaughter of a developer, it was only a matter of time before she gave in to her passion for real estate. Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, Cindy has lived in and explored many NYC neighborhoods since graduating from NYU with a BS in Economics. She lives in Brooklyn with her college sweetheart, proud mamma of two college grads, and enjoys learning Italian, yoga, cooking, sailing, family history, and travel.

Giving Back

Each May, The Garcia/Fazio Team hosts Fiesta for a Cause in support of The Artie Garcia Scholarship Fund. Lisa’s mom, Artemisa Garcia, was a first-generation Mexican-American from a family that could not afford to send her to college. Artie started as a cafeteria worker in her children’s elementary school, enrolling in junior college when kids got older. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees and eventually became principal of Hurley Elementary School. Artie passed away shortly after becoming principal. Her children started a scholarship fund in 2006 to continue her life’s work of helping lower-income students get a college education. Since the creation of the Artemisa Garcia Scholarship Fund, more than 50 Latino/a high school students from low-income backgrounds have been able to attend college in her name.
